☼ First Come First Serve: The sooner Grads reach out, the more availability they will have to work with when planning the shoot date. After they fill out the form below, after January 20th 2026, I will reach out with my calendar with availability. After Jan 20th, expect to hear from me anywhere from 24 to 48 hours after the application is filled out.

☼ BYO Gear & Props: Grads must bring their own cap, gown, cords, sashes and any other accomplishments they wish to include in the shoot (medals, awards, plaques) Champagne bottle pops are offered in all packages but have to be provided by Grads and have to let me know in advance so I can plan the time slot allotted accordingly.

☼ Pinterest Board: I ask Grads to send me a Pinterest board of inspiration they find so I have a better understanding of what they are looking for, whether that be their vibes or photos they hope to recreate during session.

☼ Greenery Spots: Whatever flowers are in bloom during time of session as well as stop with green trees and bushes on our way from building to building. Popular Spots include surrounding area of White Pergola, Holloway Back Side Garden (Morning Sessions only) and Open Area in front of Fulton Hall.

☼ $50 Deposit: Once we schedule a date for the shoot, I require Grads to pay a $50 deposit fee either with Zelle or Venmo. This will ensure that the date and time slot is saved for the Grads on my end. The rest of that payment will be paid the day we have our shoot scheduled either with Zelle, Venmo or Cash. You will receive your deposit back only if we have to cancel our shoot due to a weather dependent issue and cannot find another day to reschedule. Deposits are non refundable 48 hours before time and date of shoot without prior notice.

☼ Rainy Day Reschedule:  I am a weather dependent photographer. If our scheduled date comes around and it is scheduled in the forecast to rain, I will request to change the date to another day, then it will be up to us to continue with our original plan or to reschedule to a later date.

​

☼ Turn Around Time:  Because I am also a student with SU, my classes take priority first. Photos will be sent out anywhere from a week to two and a half weeks after our scheduled shoot.

​

☼ Times Offered:  Morning 7am-9am OR Evening 5pm-7pm. I am willing to alter my times based on Grads personal schedules, whether that be 30 minutes sooner or later. Additionally, these times are dependent on my personal schedule considering classes and other jobs I have.

☼ Guests: Friends are always welcome to and tag along during the shoot. Their support and presence can always be helpful if you are nervous to get your photos taken. I require Grads to contact me ahead of time if they plan to bring a plus one along with them to help carry their gear. There will be an additional charge for photos with your plus one.
